Response Time: We aim to respond to your message within 48 hours. If your request is urgent, please write "urgent" in the subject line.
Returns Queries: Please visit our Returns Page for information on how to return an item. We advise customers to post their items back to us using a tracked postage method. Returns are processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse and you'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Order Changes: We are usually unable to modify orders once they have been placed, this includes altering shipping methods, and changing or merging orders. However, if you need to cancel your order or make changes to the address, please contact us immediately and include your order number and details of the change in your initial email.
