Our handling and shipping process begins as soon as your order is placed. We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping from our location in Melbourne. In most cases, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. However, during peak times such as holidays and sales seasons, there may be a slight delay of up to 7 days in order shipment. Rest assured, we are working diligently to get your package on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your delivery and know exactly when to expect your items.

It's important to note that each order is subject to product availability. In the rare event that any item(s) in your order are unavailable, our Customer Service team will reach out to you via email to provide assistance and discuss available options.

Duties and Taxes (Orders Outside Australia):

If you are placing an order from outside Australia, please be aware that duties fees and taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. Ophelia and Ryder cannot predict or be held responsible for these additional charges or customs procedures. We recommend contacting your local Customs office for more information. In the event that an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Ophelia and Ryder reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fees incurred.

Returning/Refused Orders:
