Ophelia and Ryder Returns

While we hope you adore your Ophelia and Ryder pieces, there may be instances where you need to initiate a return. You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your order to return items for either an exchange or refund (*exclusions may apply).

To exchange or return your items, please adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Fill out the form provided with your order and include it in the return parcel alongside the item(s) you wish to return. If the form is unavailable, enclose a note with your name and order number, including any other notes
  2. If you wish to exchange your item, please advise us of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
  3. Take your parcel to the nearest post office, we recommend choosing a tracked method of postage to ensure your parcel(s) reach our warehouse. Retain your proof of postage receipt for online parcel tracking. 
  4. Once we're received and processed your return, we will notify you via email, this process may take up to 14 working days.

Points to Consider

Refunds will be refused if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, free of marks or dirt, and with their original tags intact.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@opheliaandryder.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
