HANDLING & SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our location in Melbourne within 2 business days. At peak times, such as holidays and sales seasons, there may be delays for up to 7 days in order shipment. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.

DUTIES AND TAXES (ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Duties fees and taxes may apply to your order once it reaches your country. Ophelia and Ryder cannot predict as it NOT responsible for paying these additional charges or customs procedures. Ophelia and Ryder recommends that you contact your local Customs office to receive additional information.
If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Ophelia and Ryder reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur.

RETURNING/REFUSED ORDERS
We recommend contacting us before refusing an order. We will be unable to refund you until the package is received back at our warehouse. Occasionally, the returns process can take longer than we would expect, dependent on entities and timings we don't control like customs clearance and transit times. Thank you for your patience.
